About us

At South Coast CNC Cutting, we specialise in precision CNC cutting and routing for a wide range of industries and bespoke projects. Our capabilities include mould making, foam and core cutting, and custom fabrication for marine, architectural, and domestic applications. From complex composite moulds and detailed boat components to decorative panels and camper conversions, we deliver accurate, high-quality results tailored to each client’s specifications. Using advanced CNC machinery and skilled craftsmanship, we take your designs from concept to completion with efficiency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail.

Founded in 2015 and based in New Milton, Hampshire we are specialist builders of high-performance sailing craft and composite components.

CNC Machining

We can machine a wide range of materials in house on our CNC machine, sizes up to 1.2m x 2.4m x 0.2m.

CNC Ply Cutting

This cutter enables us to cut sheet and thin materials with a drag knife or oscillating blade. The bed size is 2m x 3m.

Polystyrene, Styrofoam & Polyurethane

Our lightweight foam options, including Polystyrene, Styrofoam, and Polyurethane, are perfect for everything from eye-catching signage and detailed architectural models to durable industrial prototypes and custom packaging solutions.

Cured Composites & Fibreglass Laminates

Precise, high-quality components in cured composites and fibreglass laminates for aerospace, automotive, marine, and industrial projects. From prototypes to full production, we ensure accuracy, speed, and reliability every time.

Pre-Preg Cloth

Pre-preg cloth requires careful handling to preserve quality. Our cutting process minimizes fraying, distortion, and resin contamination. Delivering clean, consistent cuts for aerospace, automotive, sporting goods, and other composite applications.

Model & Tooling Boards

Model and tooling boards deliver high performance for prototyping, mould making, and composite tooling. With advanced CNC technology, we ensure precise, fast machining and excellent surface quality to meet modern manufacturing needs.

CNC Woodwork

Dry Composite Reinforcement

Get your Quote

We will provide an itemised quote that includes programming, cutting costs, and materials. Repeat orders will not incur programming charges, and you are welcome to supply your own preferred materials.
